Most travel support ends when you pay. Ours starts there. Odyssey was founded by a historian and professional guide who has spent years leading travelers through jungles, cenotes, archaeological sites and volcanoes across Mexico, and who has worked as a fixer for international journalists. That same network of guides, drivers, hosts and local experts is what stands behind every Remote Concierge conversation.
You won’t be handed from one agent to another or read a script. You’ll talk with people who know why a road floods in September, which cenote is quiet at 8 a.m., and where the best cochinita in town is served after the tour buses leave.

We listen first: your pace, your interests, who you’re traveling with and what kind of trip you’d remember for years. Then we design a route that makes sense on the map and in real life, with honest advice on timing, weather, distances and what’s truly worth your time.
While you’re here
Plans change. Flights get delayed, it rains, a child gets tired, you fall in love with a town and want one more night. We stay reachable on WhatsApp to adjust transfers, rebook experiences, suggest a restaurant or solve whatever comes up, in English or Spanish.
After you return
A good journey keeps unfolding after you get home. We share the context behind the places you visited, help with anything left pending, and keep your preferences on file so your next trip, whether it’s a volcano or a colonial city, starts from where this one ended.

How do I reach you during my trip?
Mainly through WhatsApp, which works well across Mexico. You’ll receive a direct contact when your trip is confirmed.
Do you only cover the Riviera Maya?
We’re based in Playa del Carmen, but we plan journeys across Mexico, from the volcanoes of central Mexico to Oaxaca, Chiapas and Mexico City, and international expeditions for travelers departing from Mexico.
What languages do you speak?
